Remove MAP’s access to a social account

• In MAP: Accounts → choose the account → Disconnect. MAP deletes the stored access token at once.
• On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → remove MAP.
• On Google: your Google Account → Security → Third-party connections → remove MAP.

Ask us to delete your data

E-mail hello@sonandigital.com from the address on your MAP account with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us which business or account it is about. We confirm within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your team’s accounts, business information and facts, uploaded media, posts and drafts, connected-account tokens and engagement data. Records we must keep by law are kept only as long as required.

If you removed MAP on Facebook or Google

Removing MAP in your Facebook or Google settings stops MAP from using that account straight away. To have the information we already received deleted as well, e-mail hello@sonandigital.com as above.
