The service

MAP is provided by SONAN DIGITAL (ASTech Digital LLC). It helps you plan, write, design, approve and publish social media posts for your business. By using MAP you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite, their roles, and keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

Your content and approvals

You own the content and facts you put into MAP and the posts it creates for you. You give us permission to use them only to provide the service.

MAP proposes posts; you decide what is published. You are responsible for checking and approving posts, and for the facts, offers and prices you approve. If you turn on automatic approval for low-risk posts, you accept that those posts may be published without a person reviewing them.

Social platforms

Publishing depends on Facebook, Instagram and Google and their rules. Their services can change or be unavailable, and some actions (for example deleting an Instagram post) may not be possible through their systems. You must follow each platform’s terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use MAP for unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content, spam, or to access accounts you are not allowed to manage.

Plans and payment

Plans, prices and limits are shown on the pricing page or agreed in writing. There is no long-term contract unless agreed in writing; you can cancel at the end of any billing period.

Responsibility

We work hard to keep MAP accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content you approved, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop using MAP at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After an account ends we delete its data as described in our privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
